Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Open Asteris → Profile → Delete Account. Your birth data, chart history, and all personal information are permanently removed from our servers.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open the App Store → your profile → Subscriptions → Asteris to manage or cancel. You can also restore purchases from Asteris → Settings → Restore Purchases.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I change my birth data?
Open Asteris → Profile → Edit Birth Data. Your chart recalculates automatically.
Is my birth data private?
Yes. Birth data is stored encrypted, protected by row-level security, and never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How accurate are the astronomical calculations?
Asteris uses observatory-grade ephemeris data derived from NASA JPL planetary datasets, calculated to arc-minute precision for 40+ celestial bodies including major asteroids.
